FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test stand for rail vehicle wheelsets and can be used in testing tribotechnical systems with rotary motion, relative slipping of surfaces and introduction of lubricants into zone of contact at rolling. Proposed stand has disk with rim made of self-lubricating material. At accelerated or decelerated movement of wheel linear velocities in points of touch of contact surfaces of flange and rim change in value and direction. This provides rubbing action of self-lubricating material of rim. Mass of fly wheel on disk axle influences intensity of delivery of solid lubricant to flange working surface. Delivery of solid lubricants to zone of contact of "wheel flange-rail head" friction pair improves accuracy of longevity tests of wheelsets. EFFECT: improved accuracy of evaluation of intensity of wear of wheel flange working surfaces and that of rail head. 1 dwg
