FIELD: molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes graphite nanotubes that comprise tubular fullerenes and fibrils that are functionalized by chemical substitution or adsorption of functional moieties of biological molecules. Invention relates to graphite nanotubes that are substituted with molecule chemical moieties uniformly or non-uniformly or containing some cyclic compounds adsorbed on nanotubes and to complex structures consisting of such functionalized nanotubes linked with each other. Invention relates also to methods of incorporation of functional groups on surface of such nanotubes. EFFECT: expanded arsenal of biologically active agents. 63 cl, 10 dwg, 5 ex
