SUBSTANCE: in the first trimester of pregnancy on should study the quantity of free endotheliocytes, level of D-dimers, fibrinogen, the number of thrombocytes and that of type III lymphocytes, the level of interleukin-6, index of leukocytic activity, total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), based upon these values one should calculate F value by the formula, at F above 0 it is possible to conclude that pregnant woman potentially belongs to risk group for POF development, at F under 0 - that pregnant woman belongs to the group where POF won't be developed during pregnancy course.
