FIELD: water treatment systems. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has water mixing chamber containing air-ozone mixture and aligned with ejector pump, water and air pumping through system, high-voltage generator, ozone synthesis chamber having casing defined by external hollow electrode provided with longitudinal water pumping through opening. Ozone synthesis chamber is further provided with intermediate electrode. Internal electrode makes casing for ejector pump. Internal and external electrodes are earthed. Middle electrode is connected to high-voltage terminal of millimicrosecond generator. Said electrodes are made cylindrical and axially aligned one with respect to the other.
