FIELD: mechanical engineering, particularly, valves designed for regulation of medium flow passing through them. SUBSTANCE: actuator valve has a body with displaced inlet and outlet pipes. The body accommodates sleeve with two symmetrical shaped holes. Movable hollow plunger is installed in sleeve inside. Plunger has a disc with holes and symmetrically shaped holes. Axis of sleeve shaped holes is located at an angle of 90 deg relative to axis of the body outlet pipe. Plunger has at least two symmetrically shaped holes. Axis of said holes is located at an angle of 90 deg relative to axis of sleeve shaped holes and displaced relative to axis of sleeve shaped holes along sleeve axis through distance equalling at least 1.5 plunger strokes. EFFECT: simplified valve design with increased ranges of cavitation-free operation. 2 dwg
