SUBSTANCE: generator of common short code generates common short code used jointly by many base stations, combination generator generates special modulation code and generator of long expansion code generates special long expansion code in periods specified in advance. Certain channel transmitter expands transmission signal in certain common channel with the use of long expansion code. Unit for insertion of common short code modulates common short code with the help of modulation combination, executes piercing in transmission signal in common channel at periods specified beforehand and inserts modulated common short code into transmission signal with piercing which is sought-for technical result.
