FIELD: mobile radio communication . SUBSTANCE: procedure of information transmission to mobile objects consists in positioning of base stations with coverage zones equal to length of leg of each regular hexagon in ideal cells presenting equal regular hexagons which tightly cover serviced territory, in setting different working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all base stations. From assigned working frequencies each base station specifies single working frequency of radio signals emitted from this base station. Each mobile object located within limits of serviced territory is assigned with working frequencies of information radio signals received by this mobile object. Information radio signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are transmitted by one of base stations which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located. From these base stations information radio signals corresponding to transmitted information are emitted. Information radio signals are received on specified working frequencies by mobile objects located in coverage zones of these base stations. Base stations are positioned in vertexes of mentioned regular hexagons. Number of specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all base stations is equal to six. Working frequency of information radio signals emitted by this base station located in vertex of regular hexagon is different from specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by adjacent base stations which are base stations located in adjacent vertexes of these regular hexagons. Working frequencies of information radio signals received by this mobile object are five different working frequencies from specified six frequencies. Information radio signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are corresponding information radio signals. Transmission of these information radio signals from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located lies in emission of information radio signals on specified working frequency by base station which is source of transmitted information. All base stations adjacent to base station which is source of transmitted information simultaneously receive information radio signals emitted by last base station and emit them on corresponding specified working frequencies. Then all other base stations which are adjacent with reference to specified base stations simultaneously receive information radio signals emitted by specified base stations and emit them on corresponding specified working frequencies. Thereupon in same manner and consistently simultaneous reception of information radio signals emitted from previous base stations and their emission on corresponding specified working frequencies are conducted along all directions from base station which is source of transmitted information to boundaries of serviced territory to all following base stations which are adjacent with reference to previous base stations. Each base station except base station which is source of transmitted information emits information radio signals on specified working frequency while this base station receives information radio signals on one of working frequencies specified for this base station. After this information radio signals are transmitted by base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zone mobile objects are located and signals are received by these mobile objects on specified working frequencies in specified manner four time in addition. Each additional time information radio signals are emitted by each base station on one of four frequencies assigned from six specified working frequencies which is different from all working frequencies specified for this base station for information radio signals emitted by this base station and different from corresponding additional specified working frequencies of information radio signals from adjacent base stations. Information radio signals are emitted each time by each base station except base station which is source of transmitted information on specified working frequency with simultaneous reception of information radio signals by this base station on one frequency specified for this time at this base station. EFFECT: simplified transmission procedure based on rational positioning of base stations on serviced territory. 7 dwg
