FIELD: mobile radio communication. SUBSTANCE: procedure of information transmission to mobile objects consists in arrangement of base stations with coverage zones equal in length to leg of each regular hexagon in centers of ideal cells presenting equal regular hexagons which tightly cover serviced territory. Seven different working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all these base stations are specified and stabilized. One working frequency of information radio signals emitted by this base station is selected from seven specified working frequencies. Each mobile object located within limits of serviced territory sets working frequencies of information radio signals received by this mobile object. Information signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are transmitted from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located. From these base stations information radio signals corresponding to transmitted information are emitted to mobile objects located in coverage zones of these base stations, these information radio signals are received on specified working frequencies. Base stations with coverage zones equal to length of leg of each regular hexagon are positioned in addition in vertexes of specified regular hexagons. Seven different working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all these base stations coinciding with seven specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all base stations positioned in centers of regular hexagons are set and stabilized. One working frequency of information radio signals emitted by this base station is selected from seven specified working frequencies by each base station positioned in vertex of regular hexagon. Working frequency different from specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by adjacent base stations is specified for each base station as working frequency of information radio signals emitted by this base station. Base station which is source of transmitted information is one of base stations positioned in centers and vertexes of regular hexagons, base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located are base stations positioned in centers and vertexes of regular hexagons. Five different working frequencies out of specified seven frequencies are working frequencies of information radio signals received by this mobile object and specified for each mobile object. Information signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are corresponding information radio signals. Transmission of these information radio signals from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located consists in that base station which is source of transmitted information emits information radio signals on specified working frequency. All base stations which are adjacent to base station which is source of transmitted information simultaneously receive information radio signals emitted by last base station and emit them on corresponding specified working frequencies. After that all other base stations which are adjacent to specified base stations simultaneously receive information radio signals from specified base stations and emit them on corresponding specified working frequencies. Thereupon simultaneous reception of information radio signals emitted by previous base stations and their emission on corresponding specified working frequencies are carried out in same manner, consistently along all directions from base station which is source of transmitted information to boundaries of serviced territory by all other following base stations which are adjacent with reference to previous base stations. Information radio signals are emitted on specified working frequency by each base station except base station which is source of transmitted information and are received by this base station on one working frequency specified for this base station. Each base station except base station which is source of transmitted information stabilizes specified working frequency of emitted information radio signals on working frequency of one information radio signal received by this base station on which this base station emits information radio signals. EFFECT: simplified procedure based on rational positioning of base stations on serviced territory and formation of reference high-stability oscillations on base station which is source of transmitted information. 7 dwg
