FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mixture from rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and drinking water with the strength 40% followed by its treatment with activated carbon and addition to finishing tank 65.8% sugar syrup, citric acid solution, vanillin as an alcoholic solution (1:100), honey of light sorts dissolved in purified water and treated in the reverse osmosis device in the ratio 1:5. Honey is mixed with filtrated obtained after the first blend of "Protamin" yeast hydrolyzate in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid at stirring for 15-20 min followed by filtration. Vodka comprises the following components, per 1000 dal: "Protamin" yeast hydrolyzate, 2.6-2.9 l; vanillin, 0.05-0.15 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 15-18 l; natural honey of light sorts, 2.5-3.4 kg; citric acid, 0.08-0.1 kg, and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and drinking water to provide the strength of the product 40%, the balance. Proposed invention allows increasing the biological value of vodka and to improve its quality. Vodka represents clear color-less liquid that shows barely flower pleasant tint in after taste on the background of typical vodka aroma and mild taste. Tasting score of vodka is 9.65.
