SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing recombinant vector pGbc (KCTC 8790P) containing promotor site of β-casein gene of Korean local goats on the basis of pBluescript II SK. Recombinant vector pGbc_L (KCTC 8791P) containing promoter site of β-casein gene of Korean local goats on the base of pRc/RSV. Structural gene is cloned into the built vector coding a physiologically active substance. The physiologically active substance is produced by culturing mammalian cells transfected by vector built on pGbc_L or pGbc_S basis and by creating transgenetic animal by means of vector produced on the basis of pGbc.
