FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems of internal combustion engines. According to invention, proposed engine has valve actuating gear providing possibility of closing of intake valves during second half of piston travel to top dead center after intake stroke and device to control engine power output which is furnished with charge pressure- connected with intake manifold, cooler connected in cut of intake manifold after charger, and device to adjust charger speed with ratio changer connected with engine power controls.
