FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves sensibilizing myocardium in white rats belonging to the same line. Surgically removing one kidney with concurrently substituting drink water with 1% sodium chloride solution and daily intramuscularly administering hydrocortisone acetate at a dose of 1.5 mg per 100 g of animal body weight, administering cardiovasopathogenic half-synthetic diet loaded with sodium and calcium salts and lack of potassium and magnesium with following frost action two weeks later under conditions of keeping the rats at 4 C for 4 h, are applied.
