FIELD: organometallic compounds, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel methods of synthesis metallized derivatives of [M]-bacteriochlorophyll of the general formula (I) where R1 means C1-C25-hydrocarbon residue; R2 means H, OH or COO-R5 where R5 means C1-C12-alkyl or C3-C12-cycloalkyl; R3 means H, OH or C1-C12-alkyl or alkoxy-group; each R4 is taken independently among group comprising vinyl, ethyl, acetyl, 1-hydroxyethyl group and their ethers or esters; M means metal with ionic radius that is less in Cd (r ≅ 95 pm) being indicated metal is taken among group consisting of divalent metal taken among group including Pd, Co, Ni, Zn and Mn. Invention relates also to novel metallized derivatives of [M]-bacteriochlorophyll and pharmaceutical composition containing thereof. Metallized derivatives of bacteriochlorophyll can be used in methods of photodynamic therapy and photodynamic killing viruses and microorganisms. EFFECT: improved methods of synthesis, valuable antiviral and antibacterial properties. 14 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg, 9 ex
