FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: frame MR-BOLD weighed image of target interesting area in a body of the patient. Enter sensitinogen to patient. Irradiate target area in a body of the patient with corresponding sensitising radiation. Spend record of change of the MR-BOLD image by creation of individual or sets consecutive MR-BOLD images weighed on T2*, to time and-or after an irradiation. Process the obtained data. Frame a contrast card of images with colour coding or relative quantities on pixel by pixel basis. Analyse the processed data by means of display of the composit image received by applying BOLD of contrast card, to the image framed before introduction of sensitinogen. Thus areas in the specified composit image should coincide with the areas subjected to medical influence.
EFFECT: possibility to display hemodynamic effects shown at influence of sensitinogen on vessels to provide exact 3D-monitoring of vascular lesion of tumour by sensitinogen, to minimise damaging action of sensitising radiation and to maximise photochemical effect of sensitinogen.
