FIELD: mobile radio communication. SUBSTANCE: procedure for information transmission to mobile objects consists in location of base stations with coverage zones equal to length of leg of each regular hexagon in centers of ideal cells presenting equal regular hexagons consistently covering serviced territory. Seven different working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all base stations are specified. Working frequency of information radio signals emitted by this base station is selected from seven working frequencies and is specified for this base station. Each mobile object located within limits of serviced territory is assigned with working frequencies of information radio signals received by this mobile object located within limits of serviced territory. Information radio signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are transmitted from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located. From these base stations information radio signals corresponding to transmitted information are emitted to mobile objects located in coverage zones of these base stations. Information radio signals are received on specified working frequencies. In vertexes of specified hexagons there are positioned additional base stations with coverage zones equal to leg of each regular hexagon. Seven different working frequencies of information radio signals emitted from all these base stations, coinciding with seven specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted from all base stations located in centers of regular hexagons are specified. Working frequency of information radio signals emitted from this base station is allotted from seven specified working frequencies per each base station located in vertexes of regular hexagons. Working frequency different from specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by adjacent base stations is assigned for each base station. Base station which is source of transmitted radio information is one of base stations located in centers and vertexes of regular hexagons. Base stations within which coverage zones mobile objects are located are base stations located in centers and vertexes of regular hexagons in which coverage zones mobile objects are located. One of seven specified working frequencies received on this mobile object is working frequency of information radio signals specified per this mobile object. Information signals corresponding to information transmitted to mobile objects located within limits of serviced territory are proper information radio signals. Transmission of these information radio signals from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations within which coverage zones mobile objects are located consists in emission of information radio signals on specified working frequency from base station which is source of transmitted information. At all base station which are adjacent relative to base station which is source of transmitted information there are carried out simultaneous reception of information radio signals emitted by last base station and their transmission on corresponding specified working frequencies. Then reception of information radio signals emitted from specified base stations and their emission on proper specified working frequencies are carried out simultaneously at all other base stations which are adjacent with reference to specified base stations. Later simultaneous reception of information radio signals emitted by transmitting base stations and their emission on corresponding specified working frequencies are carried out consistently in same manner over all directions from base station which is source of transmitted information to boundaries of serviced territory and at all other following base stations which are adjacent relative to previous base stations. Then information radio signals are transmitted from base station which is source of transmitted information to base stations in which coverage zones mobile objects are located, these signals are received by mobile objects at specified working frequencies in specified manner four times in addition. Each additional time information radio signals are emitted from each base station on one of four additionally specified frequencies out of seven specified working frequencies, different from other working frequencies specified for this base station, emitted by this base station and different from corresponding additionally specified working frequencies of information radio signals emitted from adjacent base stations. Each time information radio signals are emitted on specified working frequency from each base station besides base station which is source of transmitted information and are received at this base station on one of working frequencies specified for this time at this base station. EFFECT: simplification of procedure based on more rational location of base stations over serviced territory. 7 dwg
