FIELD: radio communication with mobile objects. SUBSTANCE: procedure includes positioning in conventional cells presenting equal regular hexagons densely covering serviced territory of base stations with coverage equal to length of side of each regular hexagon, allotment of various working frequencies of information radio signals emitted by all base stations, assignment of single frequency of information radio signals from allotted working frequencies at each base station. Base stations are positioned in vertexes of regular hexagons. One of six assigned working frequencies emitted by this base station is working frequency of information radio signals. EFFECT: simplification of procedure on basis of more rational positioning of base station on serviced territory. 6 dwg
