FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with hybridization of selected parental pairs. Moreover, monosomic lines of high-protein recipient variety by desired chromosomes should be crossed to obtain double monosomic plants according to these chromosomes. Then they should be crossed with single substituted lines according to the same chromosomes, in young generation one should select double monosomic plants for subsequent crossing. Then it is necessary to choose double monosomic plants out of this generation once more to detect genotypes carrying two desired univalent donor varieties with the help of marker alleles of gliadin protein. Obtained monosomic lines are self-pollinated, disomic genotypes are selected in young generation being the ancestors of double intervarietal substituted lines of common wheat.
