FIELD: plant breeding. SUBSTANCE: method comprises hybridization of commercial brand of soft wheat brand "Saratovskaya-29" with hexaploid synthetic wheat, more specifically amphidiploid T. timopheevii/T. Tauschii, which is immunity donor associated with fungal diseases. Resultant hydrides F1 are back-crossed with recipient brand. In posterity BC1, cytologically stable 42-chromosome plant forms resistant against diseases are selected. In posterity BC2-BC9 plant forms resistant against diseases are selected and tested for presence of genetic material of donor species in their genom. Testing is performed with the aid of molecular micro-satellite analysis involving SSR markers. EFFECT: increased efficiency of method. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
