SUBSTANCE: invention describes hypoglycemic medicinal agent comprising at least one derivative of pyrazine as active component of the formula (I) where R means nitrogen atom; R₁ means radical CO-NR₅R₆, -CO-N- where n = 0; where y = 0. One of substitutes at R₃ or R₄ means hydrogen atom and another is similar with R₁; R₂ means hydrogen atom; R₅ means hydrogen atom or radical alkyl comprising 1-6 carbon atoms in linear or branched chain; R₆ means radical where m = 1; -alk-O-alk-, alk-O-alk, -CH-(CH₂OH)₂-C-(CH₂OH)₃, -C- where alk means alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms in linear or branched chain, or its salts with pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic acid.
