FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves charging massecuite into periodical action centrifuge rotor and providing centrifuging for separating massecuite into crystals and outflow; supplying massecuite outflow diluted to 70-76% moisture content and having temperature of 80-85 C during centrifuging cycle onto rotor surface in circumferential path in an amount of 5-10% by weight of sugar; spraying diluted massecuite outflow under pressure of 0.4-0.5 MPa onto surface of sugar crystal layer after separating outflow in an amount of 98-99 wt%, with massecuite being used in an amount of 3-5 wt%. EFFECT: improved quality of final crystallization sugar and reduced loss of sugar in molasses. 1 ex
