SUBSTANCE: method of thrombocyte cryopreservation is performed by means of mixing with cryoprotective solution inside of elastic package, phased freezing accompanied with package curing in freezing chamber, in refrigerant as ethyl alcohol solution at fixed temperature of cold adaptation and following placing to freezing storage at temperature -80°C. Cooling temperature is controlled between 20 and 30 minutes following reference bioobject and if temperature slumps within 15-20 seconds package is placed to freezer-storage.
EFFECT: improved cell safety; easy to perform.
