SUBSTANCE: at continuous casting of melt metal, oxygen contact with melt and therefore secondary oxidation of melt are completely prevented due to subjecting oxygen that tries to penetrate through possible slits between surfaces of casting rolls and casing and(or) oxygen that is stuck to said surfaces to chemical conversion in order to receive oxygen compound harmless for melt metal.
