SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of oxazolidinones of the general formula (I) where R¹ means H, CN, Hal or OA; each of R², R³ means independently each of other H, CN, Hal; or R² and R³ in common form methylenedioxy-group; A means alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; Hal means F, Cl, Br or J; and also their enantiomers and physiologically acceptable salts. Invention relates also to method of synthesis of compound of the formula (I) by interaction of compound of the formula (II) where L means Cl, Br, J or free either reactive functionally modifying OH-group with compound of the formula (III) . Invention relates also to pharmaceutical composition showing antagonistic effect with respect to 5-HT_2A-receptor and inhibitory effect with respect to reuptake of 5-HT (5- hydroxytryptamine, serotonin), compound of the formula (I) and/or its physiologically acceptable salt and carrier. Compounds of the formula (I) elicit antagonistic effect with respect to 5-HT_2A-receptor and inhibitory effect with respect to reuptake of 5-HT and can be used for medicinal agents preparing.
