SUBSTANCE: essential novelty is retrofitting of laser heterostructure, comprehensive choice of composition and thickness of its layers ensuring its functioning in narrow transition region for organizing emission of rays from active layer. Said laser is characterized in enhanced output radiation power, effectiveness, and reliability at reduced output-radiation divergence angles, minimized deviation of its direction from normal to optical face plane, reduced ohmic and thermal resistances, reduced mechanical stresses, improved distribution of near and distant radiation fields, and reduced dependence of laser output parameters from temperature.
