FIELD: telecommunications, spectroscopy, gas sensors. SUBSTANCE: infrared light-emitting diode emits positive luminescence during forward displacement and negative luminescence during backward displacement. Diode is excited by input voltage of alternating forward and backward displacement so that output power difference between positive and negative luminescence of light-emitting diode could be stabilized with respect to temperature. EFFECT: reduced or even unnecessary requirement of temperature stabilization for steady operation of diodes. 16 cl, 8 dwg
