SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel substituted derivatives of piperidine of the general formula (I) where R₁ means benzothienyl or thienyl substituted with C_1-6-alkyl; R₂ means phenyl substituted with halogen atom; R₃ means or where R₄ and R₅ in common with N atom to which they are bound form 4-, 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group; X means a bond or phenyl; R₆ means hydrogen atom or C_1-6-alkyl; R₇ means C_3-6-cycloalkyl or phenyl that can be substituted possibly with C_1-6-alkyl; m is a whole number 1, 2, 3 or 4. Invention relates also to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
