SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted derivatives of benzylamine of the formula (I) where each of R1 and R2 that can be similar or different is taken among the group including phenyl, phenyl-C1-6-alkyl where phenyl moiety can be optionally substituted with a substituent taken among C1-6-alkoxy-group, thiazolyl, 1,2-benzisoxalyl, C1-6-alkylcarboxamide, C2-4-heteroaryl-C1-6-alkyl; hydrogen atom, C1-6-alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy-group, C2-6-alkenyl; each of R3 and R4 that can be similar or different is taken among the group including phenyl that can be optionally substituted with halogen atom, phenyl-C1-6-alkyl, C2-4-heteroaryl-C1-6- alkyl, hydrogen atom, C1-6-alkyl, C3-6-cycloalkyl, C4-6-cycloalkenyl, C2-6-alkenyl, C2-6-alkynyl, halogen-C1-6- alkenyl, cyano-group; or one of R3 and R4 with one of R1 and R2 and N-atom to which they are bound form 5- or 6-membered heterocycle; R5 means halogen, hydrogen atom; R6 means a substituent of ring of the formula (II) where dotted line means optional bond; Y means O or -NR8 where R8 means hydrogen atom or C1-6-alkyl; R7 means hydrogen, halogen atom, halogen-C1-6-alkyl; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates. Invention relates also to pharmaceutically ready preparative form eliciting an antidepressant activity and containing compound of the formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
