FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: succinic acid, 0.08-0.3 kg; rosewort extract, 0.03-0.07 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 16.0-19.0 l; mineral complex "GS", 0.1-0.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides higher organoleptic indices and lower toxicity. According to record of the Central tasting commission the tasting score of vodka is 9.69. Toxicity of vodka is reduced by 50%. The total components and their quantitative ratio provide preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions and showing very mild harmonic taste and specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw and with barely detected cinnamon after taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
