FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, electrolytic winning of aluminum. SUBSTANCE: process includes rearrangement of current-supplying posts, loading of " dry " anode mass and mass with enhanced content of binder prior to rearrangement of anode posts. Average content of binder in anode mass loaded in period between rearrangement of anode posts is kept depending on anode density of current across anode bottom. Average content of binder in anode mass loaded in period between rearrangement of anode posts is maintained at level 29.0-29.4% when current density at anode bottom is 0.635-0,645 A/sq cm. If current density at anode bottom is 0,650-0.710 A/sq cm then average content of binder in anode mass loaded in period between rearrangement of anode posts is kept at level 29.5-31.5%. Average content of binder in anode mass loaded in period between rearrangement of anode posts is maintained at level 31.6-32.6% if current density across anode bottom is 0.745-0.785 A/sq cm. EFFECT: formation of monolithic body of anode and decreased release of resinous substances to environment. 3 cl, 1 tbl
