FIELD: film superconductors, superconducting compounds, and conductors built around them. SUBSTANCE: method includes magnetron spraying of target material in plasma flow and its deposition onto specially prepared metal substrate movable relative to target. Target material used for the purpose is lead; coating is produced in the course of layer-by-layer deposition of lead particles at substrate temperature not over 150 C and rate of growth of coating thickness at least 0.5 nm•s-1 with privileged orientation of chips on film surface 200. Substrate temperature is maintained within desired limits by controlling substrate residence time ratio in at least one plasma flow, coating production, and its cooling down. Conductor has superconducting film coating produced by above- described method, substrate material being metal chosen from 1B group of periodic system or alloy of mentioned metals. In addition to superconducting lead film coating conductor may be covered with coating of metal chosen from 1B group of periodic system or alloy of mentioned metals.
