The method deals with washing an organ at 28-37 C with buffer- containing physiological solution for removal of blood and acidotic products and organ's perfusion at 28-37 C with buffer-containing physiological solution which additionally contains vasodilative preparations, trophic factors, preparations for restoration of oxidizing metabolism and other substances.
