SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in transplantology. Apparatus perfusion of transplant isolated from body of kidney transplant donor is carried out in hypothermal conditions for 3-6 hours with constant systolic pressure 35-40 mm Hg, quality of transplant being estimated by change of values of resistive index and rate of perfusate flow, if during perfusion resistive index decreases in 2.5-3.5 times with simultaneous more than 80 ml/sec increase of perfusate flow rate, transplant is considered suitable for single transplantation, if resistive index decrease by 25-35% with simultaneous increase of perfusate flow rate by 25-35% with respect to initial values, simultaneous transplantation of both kidneys is recommended, if resistive index and rate of perfusate flow do not change, transplant is not suitable for transplantation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectively estimate state of vascular bed of kidneys from donors with extended criteria for performance of single or double transplantation.
