FIELD: superconducting materials. SUBSTANCE: some values of laser beam density has effect that drops on film surface appear after a certain delay after start of target exposition to laser beam. Method involves detection of dependency between delay time and laser beam density for target from YBaCuO of known density. When operation mode is selected, density of power in pulse should conform to condition that time of continuous exposition of target to laser beam is less than delay time which corresponds to selected density of beam power.
