FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves seeds dividing, in terms of moisture content, into three fractions: the first fraction with moisture content of the non-lipid part up to 16.5%, the second fraction with moisture content of the non-lipid part 16.5-22.5% and the third fraction with moisture content of the non-lipid part more than 22.5%. One separately purifies each fraction, dries the second and the third one; the third fraction is dried with seeds heating up to 55-70°C. One performs additional purifying of all the fractions combined with seeds dividing in terms of size.
EFFECT: seeds purification efficiency enhancement, seeds losses reduction during storage, oil losses reduction during seeds processing and reduction of their quality losses in terms of acid and peroxide numbers, the extraction cake quality enhancement in terms of protein content.
