FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: Grid unit is positioned in upper part of discharge air channel of cyclone casing for separating contaminants from swirling air flow under the action of centrifugal force upon creation of swirling air flow from sucked air. Grid unit prevents contaminants from being drawn into vacuumizer. Grid unit has grid casing of cylindrical shape provided with openings at its both ends and equipped with multiplicity of passages, locking member for closing one end opening, mounting device adapted for easy mounting of locking member on grid casing read and comprising retaining handle made integral with upper part of locking member, and through opening formed in respective part of grid casing for passage of retaining handle through it to predetermined position, and filtering device arranged along internal wall of grid casing and adapted for filtering dust drawn into grid casing through multiplicity of passages.
