FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing blank in the form of metal on substrate, which is subsequently separated. Blank is manufactured by applying lacquer onto first film with following folding of film into halves with lacquer covered portions facing one another, and rolling film by means of roller. First film is unfolded and substrate and metal plate are applied separately to first film surface covered with lacquer, with following applying of second film and rolling resultant assembly. Method further involves separating substrate and metal plate from films; aligning them with surfaces covered with lacquer; rolling by means of roller; placing load and drying; applying part group topology marks; providing etching of blank; separating substrate by solving out lacquer. EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for precise manufacture of parts and eliminating undercutting effect. 5 cl, 3 dwg
