SUBSTANCE: prophylactic syrup contains per 100 kg of product, kg: sugar, 23.43; clarified apple juice, 29; honey, 17.87; citric acid, 0.50; succinic acid, 0.20; and infusion of vegetable components. Syrup contains as infusions, kg: infusion of peppermint leaves, 10; infusion of birch leaves, 2.25; infusion of motherword herb, 10. Additionally, syrup contains 6.75 kg of hawthorn fruits decoction. Invention provides preparing of syrup with intensive yellow color, pleasant taste with slight bitterness and aroma of rose pellets. Syrup is used for prophylaxis of nervous and mental overwork.
