FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blisk blades electropolishing and can be used in turbomachine building during blisk blades processing of gas turbine engine compressors to ensure required physical and mechanical and operational properties of turbomachine parts, as well as preparatory operation before ion-implantation modification of part surface and application of protective ion-plasma coatings. Method comprises filling working container with electroconductive porous granules from sulphonated copolymer of styrene-divinyl benzene, filled with electrolyte, fastening of blisk with possibility of rotation on holder and successive immersion of each blade of blisk into container with vibrating electroconductive granules. Blisk connected to anode, and granules to cathode. Working container is used in the form of box, made with possibility of putting on without touching blisk blade. Working container for blisk blades electropolishing is made of electrically conductive material in the form of box with open top. Container is made electrically insulated from outer side and from its upper open side equipped with vibrator, and device for its reciprocal movement, which ensures its fitting with clearance on blisk blade.
EFFECT: higher quality of processing and homogeneity of part surface treatment.
