Invention relates also to method of its preparing by heating crystalline modification A or mixture of crystalline modification A and crystalline modification C of 8-[3-[N-(E)-3-(6-acetamidopyridin-3-yl)acryloyl-glycyl]-N-methylamino]-2,6-dichlorobenzyloxy] -2-methylquinoline hydrate at temperature below its melting point and the following cooling.
