FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a container filled with a composition of an ultrasound contrast medium containing microbubbles of gas in a liquid carrier includes blowing the container from the air with a gas to fill the free space and then filling the container with the said composition. Then the container is sealed.
EFFECT: ensuring that the empty space of the container is filled with a gas identical to that used in microbubbles in the required quantity and that air is expelled from the free space of the container, which improves the stability of the microbubbles during storage.
