According to proposed method of manufacture of cellular element at least one rigid metal sheet is subjected to cold plastic working to attain, at least partially, definite structure of metal sheet. Before cold plastic working, rigid metal sheet is not subjected to preliminary annealing. Then said, at least, partially structurized rigid metal sheet is made up into pack or coiled to form roll, or only coiled into roll design of cellular element-blank manufactured by proposed method is described in invention.
