FIELD: sportive medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves physical exercises effectuated on the base of anabolic and catabolic programs, with heart rate corresponding to aerobic and anaerobic exchange thresholds being taken into account; determining phase transition and alteration of physiologic factors of physical loading with time, said factors being selected as testing physical loading-exercising time test-pair in the form of current values of heart rates of aerobic and anaerobic exchange thresholds; measuring their values; providing repeated testing and calculating characteristics of alteration of measured values with time, during which measurements were carried out; evaluating exercising effect value from formula of energy exchange balance in the form of: where M is increase in function under exercising process; Mo-Mp is unexercised part; Mp degree of exercised function at the initial stage of each respective phase; D is current loading; Dp is loading at the initial stage of exercising process; Ap is coefficient of respective phase. When volume of muscle tissue is reduced, catabolic exercising is conducted at heart rate of anaerobic exchange of plus and minus 10%. When volume of adipose tissue is reduced, anabolic exercising is conducted at heart rate of aerobic exchange threshold of plus and minus 20%. When volume of adipose tissue is reduced and volume of muscle tissue is increased, exercising is conducted by catabolic program, with women's menstrual cycle at heart rate of anaerobic and aerobic exchange threshold of plus and minus 10% and plus and minus 15% being taken into account. EFFECT: increased precision and effectiveness of exercising. 3 cl, 6 dwg, 10 tbl
