FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for preparing lignocarbohydrate sulfoalkyl esters sodium salts. Method involves interaction of preliminary activated cellulose-base material with sulfoalkylation agent. Activation is carried out in vibration mill with dry sodium hydroxide at the room temperature for 0.5 h. Lignocarbohydrate material consisting of cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose being without its separation for components is used as a cellulose-base material. Equimolar mixture of chloroexa-β,β-dichloroethyl ester and sodium sulfite is used as a reagent. Reaction is carried out at the room temperature in vibration mill without solvent for 0.5 h in the ratio of reagents = 1:2. Invention provides utilization of all lignocarbohydrate material, realizes possibility of the wasteless technology being without separation of lignocarbohydrate material for lignin and carbohydrate moiety, decrease of cost of the end product and sulfoalkylated ligno- carbohydrate materials exhibit the more broad spectrum of properties and they can be used as additives for regulation of washing out fluids in petroleum and gas holes drilling, for stabilization of cement solutions in the building industry, as chemical reagents in ore flotation in mining industry.
