SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel piperazine derivatives of the formula (I) where n = 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; X means oxygen or sulfur atom; Ar means phenyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, benzothiazolyl that are optionally substituted with one or some radicals taken among order including C₁-C₆-alkoxy- group, halogen atom, phenoxy-group, phenyl-C₁-C₆-alkoxy-group where phenyl is substituted with halogen atom optionally and C₁-C₆-alkyl group substituted with one or some halogen atoms; i = 0, and also to their solvates and additive salts with pharmaceutically acceptable bases or acids. Invention relates also to method for their preparing and to hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic pharmaceutical composition. These compounds and/or composition can be used for treatment of patients with pathology associated with resistance syndrome to insulin.
