The method deals with sampling biological vaginal material to conduct gene-amplification assay of cellular DNA, moreover, such sampling is performed from hygienic tampon after vaginal contact for not less than 6 h and placed after that into hermetically sealed polymeric container with liquid conservant eliminating bacterial growth. At carrying out geneamplification assay tampon should be 4-5 times squeezed out in container for complete cellular removal.
