SUBSTANCE: method involves lysis of biological material sample, precipitation of viral bacterial and cellular DNA and RNA with isopropanol followed by centrifugation and their purification. Lysis is carried out with 6 M NaJ solution containing RNA-carrier and DNA and RNA of any origin are precipitated simultaneously. This solution of DNA and RNA obtained can be used both for DNA-PCR and in reverse transcriptase-PCR. Method is simple and ensures to accelerate gene-amplificating diagnosis being without decrease of sensitivity and specificity of PCR-test.
