SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises 65.8% sugar syrup, rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks", purified water, complex nutrient supplement "Alfaluks", vegetable taste-aromatic extract "Relikt" - "Apple extract" and sodium hydrocarbonate taken in the corresponding content of components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product. This provides the enhanced biological and nutrient value to vodka and also to expand assortment of low-toxic vodkas possessing anti-radiation, hepatoprotective and cardioprotective properties. Owing to synergetic effect of components and their quantitative content vodka shows the pure vodka taste and aroma, and a novep property also expressed in reducing spasmodic responses of digestive tract in vodka intake. Also, invention provides softening vodka taste significantly.
