FIELD: television equipment for astronomy, space engineering, and extra-terrestrial astronomy. SUBSTANCE: photodetector module has solid-state photoelectric television transducer in XY plane with X and Y address buses and video- signal switching or pre-processing integrated circuits disposed in Z direction of surface; address buses are deposited on XY surface and at the same time on butt-end surfaces of transducer to form butt-end contacts; pointed faces of upper surface of chip that functions as XY surface of transducer are beveled; butt-end contacts are connected to contact pads of videosignal switching or pre-processing integrated circuits with aid of micro-stubs based on metal-plated polyamide film through which micro-stub conductors are bonded to butt-end contacts and to contact pads of integrated circuits. EFFECT: gapless bonding of modules together over all four sides to form continuous photosensitive field. 1 cl, 1 dwg
