SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave power amplifier design. Disclosed is a mosaic hybrid-monolithic multi-stage microwave power amplifier containing a plurality of active microwave elements, a plurality of passive elements — capacitors, inductors, resistors, a plurality of microwave contact pads, a plurality of low-frequency contact pads, a base made of a highly heat-conducting metal or metallized material, wherein a plurality of microwave active elements, part of a plurality of passive elements — capacitors, inductors, resistors, a plurality of microwave contact pads, part of multiple contact pads of low frequencies is made in the form of one single crystal of monolithic integrated circuit of multi-stage microwave power amplifier.
EFFECT: high output power of microwave, gain, efficiency, reduced weight and size, high reliability.
