FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for cooling or heating of round housing contains systems 1 of branch pipes 2 surrounding sections of circumference of housing and inlet gas distributors 3 connected with branch pipes 2 and holes in branch pipes to let out gas directed onto housing, and system 4, 5, 6 for distribution of gas in distributors in which systems 1 of branch pipes 2 are located between two distributors 3. Each branch pipe of two distributors is connected with corresponding group of branch pipes of said system. System 1 for gas distributing has pipes 5, 6. Each pipe 5, 6 provides delivery of gas into pair of distributors. Distributors of said pair are connected with different systems of branch pipes, being interconnected by means of sleeve 17. Sleeve 17 has two ends in form of part of open sphere. Ends slide in bushings separating distributors and provided with end stops limiting displacement of sleeve 17. pipes 5, 6 provided delivery of gas into pair of distributors 3 are butt-welded to connecting branch pipe occupying half of their cross-section and loading to at least one of bushings when passing through surface of bushing stop.
